Hilary Milnes is the managing editor at Glossy, Digiday Media's online publication that covers the intersection of fashion, technology and luxury. Hilary joined Digiday as its first retail reporter in March of 2015, and led the site's digital retail coverage before helping to shape and launch Glossy in May of 2016. She currently leads the site's editorial coverage of fashion and luxury companies and brands as they cope with and adapt to changes in the industry driven by digital. Before starting at Digiday, Hilary was the senior lifestyle and retail reporter at BostInno, an online publication covering technology, startups and education in Boston.

Peter Kearns is vice president of client solutions for 180Commerce, a brand consulting and management company. Prior to 180Commerce, Peter was an Amazon Marketplace leader who oversaw new seller recruiting and strategic FBA for the consumables categories for nearly four years. He is an expert on Amazon policy and brand strategy and he has worked with hundreds of sellers ranging from IR-500 businesses and small home-based operations to large worldwide brands and start-ups. During his time at Amazon he collaborated with sellers and brand owners to help them successfully launch on the Amazon marketplace generating more than $500 million (and counting) in gross merchant sales.

Andrea founded Dante Labs after a career at Amazon, where he created and launched the Global 3D Printing business. In his three years at Amazon, Andrea developed the marketplace for B2B and Industrial supplies and helped define Amazon strategy in the B2B arena. He established a reputation for consistently bringing enthusiasm to the table, sharing passion with the teams and delivering above target.

Andrea's prior career was in management consulting with Booz & Co both in Europe and in the US. In his assignments Andrea helped leading organizations in media tech launch innovative products and invent new business models. Andrea holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. from Bocconi University in business and economics, summa cum laude.

Dani Nadel is a recognized marketing and digital expert with more than 20 years of hands-on experience managing nationally recognized consumer and corporate brands. Dani has a depth of experience creating and implementing transformative digital marketing strategies that have generated long-term value for her employers and their clients. Dani utilizes a data-driven approach that incorporates the digital customer experience, media, content, and technology.

From 2011 to 2017, Dani was the Chief Digital Marketing Officer, Clubs, and Commerce at Scholastic Corp., a publicly listed company with an equity market capitalization of $1.3 billion and revenues of $1.7 billion. During her tenure at Scholastic, Dani led the company's digital division, reporting directly to the CEO. Her primary responsibility was to transform Scholastic's digital experience including content, e-commerce and marketing on all platforms. Dani also led the company-wide strategic initiative to transition to technology-enabled reading.

Prior to her tenure at Scholastic, Dani served as President of Publicis Modem USA, a leading full-service digital agency from 2005-2011. In this role, Dani was responsible for managing a nationwide team of 300+ employees and creating value for a broad array of iconic brands for corporate clients including General Mills, SUBWAY, Hasbro, Delta, PayPal, and LG Electronics. She was also a senior member of the global leadership team and was instrumental in developing Publicis' global digital network. Under her leadership, the organization experienced significant growth and expansion, and was consistently recognized in the industry for its innovation.

Before being appointed President of Publicis Modem, Dani was an SVP of marketing at Digitas, a Publicis subsidiary, and was part of the team that opened its NY office. Her clients included American Express, AT&, IBM, and AOL.

In these leadership roles, Dani was responsible for digital strategy, marketing programs, experience and platform development, media, mobile, campaign and content management, analytics, operational management, and new business. Dani also spearheaded several internal organizational initiatives that included professional development and training programs, capability development, operational process improvement and new business development. Prior to joining Digitas, Dani spent several years at Young & Rubicam in NYC.

As an Adjunct Professor of Marketing at NYU's Stern School of Business, Dani teaches her course, "Digital Marketing Fundamentals.” Her cutting-edge curriculum focuses on the principles, tools, and techniques of digital marketing. She utilizes a practical case-study approach that covers the foundations of digital marketing that are essential for creating value in today's hyper-competitive environment.

Previously, Abhimanyu worked in the imports and luxury home lighting and décor industry and managed a chain of lifestyle electronics simultaneously.

He has managed sales, marketing, and buying for a product catalog of 500K+ items across 10 categories.

Under Brian’s tenure, Amify has grown into a full Amazon solutions-provider, helping lifestyle brands to optimize their presence and maximize sales. Throughout his career, Brian has shown an affinity for growth and adaptation, leading e-retail teams at PBS, Purchasing Power, and Living Social.

A native of New Jersey, Brian received his B.A. in Public Communications from American University. He currently resides in Washington, D.C. with his wife and daughter.
